Issue Description

When attempting to log in to the C2P HSE Search Engine, the system will not accept the login username or password.

Solution

Check to see if MySQL or MariaDB is running using the computer’s Task Manager > Services.
If a password is unknown or forgotten, call C2P for further instructions. It may require a new installation to resolve this issue.
- To change a password, call C2P for instructions –
- NOTE: Password1 is entered automatically during the CTP installation.
Uninstall the HSE and then reinstall it from the beginning.
