C2P Install Issues

Symptom: The install reports errors during the install process or the installed software reports errors when the user attempts to execute the software once installed.
Another common symptom is desktop shortcuts are not installed or any other dysfunctional anomaly.

Solution: Uninstall using the ConvergenceTP uninstaller program in the Windows Start menu then reinstall after verifying that all of the pre-install requirements are met that are listed in Step 1 of the QuickStart.
