DW® Adds New MEGApix® 5MP Low-Profile Vandal Ball IP Cameras with Color in Near-Total Darkness Technology

Digital Watchdog® (DW®), the industry leader in digital recorders, surveillance cameras and related management software, announces the release of our new low-profile vandal ball MEGApix® IP cameras with Star-Light Plus™ color in near-total darkness technology and H.265/H.264/MJPEG triple codecs. The new 5MP DWC-MVA5WiAT and DWCMVA5Wi28T are advanced, state-of-the-art IP surveillance cameras, with superior IR performance and delivering big, high-quality images, even in low-bandwidth networks.

These MEGApix® IP cameras provide 5MP resolution at real-time 30fps. The unique design delivers true 90° tilt, the convenience of 360° rotation and exceptional video reproduction due to the configuration of the lens, IRs and the IK 10-rated glass. The DWC-MVA5WiAT has a 2.7~13.5mm vari-focal auto-focus lens with motorized zoom and 5x optical zoom and the DWC-MVA5Wi28T includes a103° wide-angle 2.8mm fixed lens. The weather-resistant vandal ball cameras are IP67-rated and IK10 impact-resistant and offer easy angle adjustment for convenient installation. Both cameras are ONVIF conformant, assuring their successful integration with any open platform solution on the market.
