The myDW® Cloud Management platform provides regular status checks of your registered Digital Watchdog systems. Through this function, users are able to receive status updates and error notifications directly to their email accounts.
This article will outline the Health Status and System Event menus of the myDW® System & Health function.
Note: The myDW platform is still currently in beta.
In the Health Status section, myDW® displays a log of following:
These settings can be managed from the Alert Settings menu, located under Reporting > Monitoring Alert.
Searching Health Status Log
To search the Health Status log for a specific date window, use the Calendar filter to set a start date and end date for the log.
Exporting Health Status Log
To export the Health Status log, locate the Excel and Email buttons in the Health Status menu.
In the System Event section, myDW® will display system Event Logs that result from alarm triggers set within the interface of the Digital Watchdog device itself.
Searching System Event Log
To search the System Event log, you may use the Calendar filter to set a start date and end date parameter for the log.
Additionally, you may also use the Search function to specify information including the Site Name, type of event, or IP Address information to narrow down the results.
Exporting System Event Log
To export the System Event log, locate the Excel and Email buttons in the System Event menu.
